HP Showcases Horizon Finishing Solutions at New Demonstration and Training Facilities
Thursday 16. April 2009 - HP today announced that finishing equipment from Horizon International, supplied by OPQ Systems Maquinaria Gràfica SL, would feature in the new 3000m2 Graphic Arts demonstration and training centre at HP's Sant Cugat facility.
Horizon International, Inc., is an established HP finishing solutions partner, supplying a range of products for direct mail, manual and book applications. OPQ Systems Maquinaria Gràfica, established in 1996 with offices in Barcelona and Madrid, has a long relationship with Horizon as their local distributors, and the new collaborative agreement with HP will facilitate sales and service for HP customers in Iberia.
As part of the agreement, several Horizon systems have been installed in the HP Demonstration Centre at Sant Cugat, to enable customers to see the end-to-end solutions available for HP Indigo commercial presses from HP and its partners.
Notable Horizon finishing solutions for use with HP Indigo presses are the Horizon APC 61II SB guillotine; the Horizon BQ-270 for perfect bookbinding; and the Horizon HT-30 three-sided trimmer.
