The Swedish Federation of Unemployment Insurance Funds invests EUR 360,000 in solution from ReadSoft

Wednesday 08. April 2009 - In order to handle their incoming documents, the Swedish Federation of Unemployment Insurance Funds (SO) has invested in FORMS by ReadSoft for the organization's 32 locations in Sweden.

The solution will automate the handling of 7 million pages annually. In addition to significant time and cost savings, the quality of work and service provided to the organization’s 3.3 million customers will continue to increase. The agreement, which was signed in March, is worth EUR 360,000 for ReadSoft.
“We see very good potential for this investment, and our objective is to have all unemployment benefit offices in full operation during 2010. Using FORMS, we can offer our offices a high quality solution for efficient document handling,” says Melker Ödebrink, managing director for the Swedish Federation of Unemployment Insurance Funds (SO).

Over the last few years, SO has taken a closer look at their administrative procedures, and in 2008 they implemented a common case management system, ÄGA. The next step was to invest in a common solution for data capture and information transfer, and the natural choice was FORMS by ReadSoft.

“It is always a joy when one of our customers is so pleased with a solution that it results in a framework agreement for all units within the organization,” says Jan Andersson, President and CEO for ReadSoft.
