Norske Skog: Mandatory notification of trade
Tuesday 31. March 2009 - Norske Skog has today sold 1,212,597 shares to employees at a price of NOK 10.40.
The sale is in connection with the annual share savings scheme, and the price is calculated as average closing price in the days 23 – 27 March, and with a 20 per cent discount.
Norske Skog has now 231,493 shares in treasury.
