Telegraph Herald Chooses DTI Circulation and DTI Cloud
Thursday 12. March 2009 - SaaS deployment accelerates implementation and financial benefits
Digital Technology International (DTITM), a global provider of audience-centric Web, print, and mobile publishing solutions, today announced that the Telegraph Herald, in Dubuque, Iowa (www.thonline.com), has selected DTI’s cloud computing platform for deployment of a new DTITM Circulation solution.
DTITM Cloud will enable the Telegraph Herald to implement a new, state-of-the-art DTI Circulation system more rapidly and without the capital expenditures required in an on premise installation.
“We chose DTI Circulation because, after looking at a number of systems, it was obvious that the DTI solutions are clearly superior to everything we considered,” said Mike Newland, circulation director, Telegraph Herald. “DTI Cloud enabled us to buy the very best system available and reduce our costs at the same time.”
DTI Cloud offers the Telegraph Herald an opportunity to reduce costs through cloud computing/SaaS deployment and the ability to respond rapidly to the changing demands of digital news publishing.
“With DTI Cloud, the Telegraph Herald will save money right out of the chute,” said Dan Paulus, DTI vice president, sales. “The software applications, servers and IT infrastructure are managed by DTI, allowing the Telegraph Herald to focus on their audience and their content. They have the added financial benefit of preserving capital. It’s the perfect solution for them, and for our industry.”
