Clarifying decanter in the compact class
The clarifying decanter GCE 345 is new at Anuga FoodTec. The fields of application of this small to medium class machine for the beverage industry are must processing and fruit juice production. With a bowl diameter of 340 mm and a capacity of up to 6 m3 /h this innovation ensures maximum separation in very confined spaces.
The concept of cold milk separation with the Westfalia Separator procool system has been so well received that there is a demand for a smaller machine. GEA Westfalia Separator Process has therefore expanded its product portfolio to include a further cold milk machine for the medium and low capacity range.
The widely accepted Westfalia Separator proplus process concentrates on the protein in the solids. This approach gives dairies high separation efficiency, boosts the skim milk volume and consequently generates more revenue. Westfalia Separator proplus has concrete advantages; potentials of up to 60,000 Euros per year are possible. In addition, a large number of older machines have been retrofitted with a Westfalia Separator proplus retrofit kit. Because Westfalia Separator proplus pays off both for new and used machines.
