Schibsted ASA (SCH) – Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

Tuesday 17. February 2009 - An Extraordinary General Meeting in Schibsted ASA will be held on Tuesday, 10 March 2009 at 10.00 hours for the purpose of discussing amendments to the merger plans related to the establishment of Media Norge.

The General Meeting will be held at the company’s premises in Apotekergaten 10, Oslo. A printed notice of meeting with appendices, including a letter of information to the shareholders, will be posted today.
