Luis Christophe appointed HP Sign and Display Marketing Manager for Iberia
Thursday 22. January 2009 - HP announces the appointment of Luis Christophe as Sign and Display Marketing Manager for Iberia. He will have responsibility for demand generation, product positioning and events within the Iberian market for the entire sign and display product portfolio.
Christophe has served as HP EMEA Industrial Marketing Manager for the past three years and has previously held positions within the company in marketing, operations, and finance since he joined HP 16 years ago.
In his new role, Christophe will draw on his extensive experience in business development in order to define the communication plan and secure HP’s position as the undisputed leader in the industry. Working with resellers to generate demand and with customers to understand their individual needs, Christophe says he is looking forward to a new challenge.
“I am eager to take on a new role, working alongside colleagues who, like myself, are totally focused on offering our customers the best technology solutions. I look forward to defining and providing the necessary tools that will enable customers to make the right choice to unleash business opportunities and drive their businesses forward,” said Christophe.
Playing a key role in the organisation of local trade shows and customer events such as open houses, Christophe will develop marketing initiatives to drive communication of the HP product range into the marketplace.

Christophe is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English and holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundaçao Getulio Vargas in Sao Paulo, Brazil, a Masters degree in International Management from ESADE in Barcelona and took part in the Global Program for Management Development at IESE/Michigan Business School, Barcelona in 1998.
