Revised Brand Identity

Monday 19. January 2009 - Burda Community Network (BCN) is presenting a new face: A new logo, the claim "Media excellence—Creative relationship design" and a new website at www.burda-community-network.de will further enhance the profile of the central media marketing company.

The new brand identity—developed in cooperation with corporate profile experts fischer.appelt and their creative unit Ligalux—is to emphasize BCN’s critical success factors, namely Hubert Burda Media’s comprehensive brand and media network, the team’s vast media expertise and the entire organization’s creative competence in cross-media marketing.


“Our service portfolio today comprises much more than traditional print marketing. We establish substantive relationships between our market partners and consumers. This efficient and sustainable approach guarantees our customers’ success in marketing,” explains BCN’s Managing Director Andreas Schilling.

Another reason for revising the corporate identity has been the intention to distinguish BCN more clearly from direct competitors. Creativity, cross-media competence and customer orientation are three strengths that ensure the company’s leadership in the field of high-quality marketing services. “BCN is the most creative and efficient marketer as regards developing customized media concepts,” says Schilling. “Five years of hard work have made us the number one expert in cross-media marketing. We will now highlight our lead more clearly.” Concurrent with the new brand identity, BCN is launching a market initiative for the purpose of further strengthening the company’s position as the number one provider of top quality and innovations in the field of media marketing.
