Thomas Sperrfechter new Director of Professional Services at Heiler Software
Friday 09. January 2009 - Expansion planned for process and strategy consulting
Heiler Software has appointed Thomas Sperrfechter as the new Director of Professional Services & Consulting. The 42-year-old consulting and project expert has already held managerial posts at Atos Origin, Debis and T-Systems. As a member of the company management, his task will be to drive the expansion and structuring of Professional Services including the areas of consulting, support and catalog services. The goal is to offer Heiler customers consulting and support services with an even stronger focus on solutions in the future.
Professional Services is being expanded to enhance the key areas of process and strategy consulting as well as to introduce new project management methods and project templates for customer scenarios.
The Catalog Services area within Professional Services offers customers the option of outsourcing their mass data handling and coordination with suppliers to Heiler Software. This provides them with long-term support in the running of their catalog systems and product information platforms, and frees them from tasks that are not part of their core business.
“Heiler Software offers innovative products on a new market and thus great potential for strong further growth,” says Thomas Sperrfechter, explaining why he opted for the Stuttgart-based provider of product communication software for printed catalogs, electronic catalogs and online shops. “We will be a reliable partner to our customers in the sustainable integration of standards in complex IT landscapes,” says Sperrfechter describing his goal. “We are committed to implementing reliable projects on a high technical level and advising our customers on their processes and workflows,” says Sperrfechter.
Professional Services is being expanded to keep pace with the increased demand for process and strategy consulting. “Thomas Sperrfechter is the ideal person to manage our customers international growth and global projects,” says founder and CEO Rolf J. Heiler, pleased with the appointment.
