Kraton Polymers Announces Larry R. Frazier as Chief Information Officer

Friday 26. December 2008 - Kraton Polymers LLC (Kraton), a leading global producer of engineered polymers and styrenic block copolymers (SBCs), announces the appointment of Larry R. Frazier as Chief Information Officer.

In this role, Larry will be responsible for all aspects of Information Technology for Kraton, including the planned global ERP (SAP) implementation to be undertaken in 2009. “Since first meeting Larry several years ago, I remain impressed not only with Larry’s senior management experience, but also his ability to use his unique knowledge to develop practical IT solutions that will undoubtedly help us run our business to better serve our customers,” commented Kevin M. Fogarty, Chief Executive Officer of Kraton Polymers LLC.

Mr. Frazier began his career with the Federal Government, including assignments in the Air Force Weapons Laboratory and the Environmental Protection Agency. Prior to joining Kraton Poylmers LLC, he recently served as Chief Information Officer for Chevron Phillips Chemical Company. He has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Northeastern University, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Mexico, and a Masters in Public Administration from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
