Goss Magnum 4 press sets new standards in the Philippines
Tuesday 16. December 2008 - A Goss Magnum 4 press, one of the most modern and reliable web offset printing systems in the market today, is now operational in the Philippines.
Goss International’s local agent, Heidelberg Philippines, delivered a brand new Goss Magnum 4 press to Vibal Publishing House, Inc., as part of the educational publishing giant’s equipment modernization program. Under the program, Vibal is set to acquire additional printing units, which will increase its 4/4 color capacity and open up new business opportunities. It also recently installed a state-of-the-art perfect binding system.
The new Magnum 4 press already in operation is rated at 35,000 cph and configured with two two-over-two towers, one folder, two splicers and a compensating stacker. Saku Satkunaratnam, Goss International’s Asia Pacific regional sales manager says, “Vibal, which has been using Goss branded presses for nearly three decades, is part of a growing list of loyal Goss Magnum press users worldwide.”
