Small Format Open House at manroland

Wednesday 12. November 2008 - To be held in the Print Technology Center on 28 November 2008

manroland invites members of the printing community to Offenbach for a Small Format Open House to be held on 28 November. There will be live demonstrations of presses in the format classes 36/52 and 52/74 centimeters between 10 am and 4 pm. The print specialists from manroland are looking forward to interesting technical discussions.

Production efficiency and product value have nothing to do with press format or the size of a printing company. Visitors to the Small Format Open House can see how manroland wants to apply its Value Added Printing strategy to help all printing companies achieve sustained success.

The Open House agenda

Practical demonstrations will start at 10 am, 12 noon and 2.30 pm, each lasting around two hours. The event will focus on presentations of the small-format presses ROLAND 50, ROLAND 200, ROLAND 200 with high-pile delivery, and the ROLAND 500. manroland specialists are also to give talks on the subjects of ecology in printing, strategic business analyses, and the PRINTVALUE product portfolio. Experts from manroland will be available all day to answer questions regarding small format printing.

XXL technology in small format is to be demonstrated with the ROLAND 50, winner of the 2008 German Printing Industry Innovation Award. The compact ROLAND 200 has been a proven winner for a long time and now, with a high-pile delivery and the flexible coating module ROLAND InlineCoater smart, expands printers’ capabilities for producing upmarket print jobs. Flexibility is also offered by the ROLAND 500, the high-performance press in small format that sets the standards in automation and production volume.
