DTI expands operations in Latin America
Thursday 06. November 2008 - Digital Technology International, the world's leading developer of audience-centric multi-media, multi-channel publishing solutions, is continuing to grow its global presence with the opening of an office in Brazil.
This office complements the existing Latin American operations based in Panama, and provides additional support to DTI customers in the region.
Luciane Schütte will direct DTI sales in the new office, joining Gustavo Bergés, DTI Latin America operations director, in the growing South American market. With 25 years experience in the software industry, much of which has been in senior management, Schütte brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to support DTI customers in the region.
“The motivation that moves news groups in Brazil,” said Schütte, “is to take advantage of the digital world, the convergences of content production, as well as the enhanced ability to provide a better targeted approach to increase revenues. DTI solutions will do that.”
“DTI brings innovative solutions vital to growing Latin American news organizations,” said Dan Paulus, DTI vice president sales and marketing. “DTI leads innovation in publishing technology, and the office in Brazil is an extension of our commitment to the market in the region. Our vision, audience-centric solutions, and experience working with news media organizations around the world will be leveraged as we work to assist publishers in Brazil to meet their goals in the digital age.”
