Océ Unveils New Customer Experience Center to Enthusiastic Reviews

Océ announced the unveiling of its new Customer Experience Center in Boca Raton, Florida to an audience of 35 industry press and analysts. Attendees also received a briefing on the latest Océ technology innovations.
“To Océ, customer satisfaction is about taking a 360 degree view of our relationships and making sure we are addressing all needs. The Océ Boca Raton Customer Experience Center demonstrates that we offer the broadest portfolio of products, programs and services to help our customers outperform the competition and thrive under the best and worst of economic conditions,” said Océ Production Printing Systems President, Mal Baboyian.
The world-class eighteen thousand square foot Océ Customer Experience Center exposes visitors to the breadth of Océ digital hardware and software solutions, from office, corporate and transactional environments to graphic arts, wide format display graphics and technical documentation. “The new Océ facility is incredible,” said BERTL Managing Director, Margie Davis. “Customer-driven initiatives like this one are extremely valuable in helping companies make the best decisions concerning their technology investments.”
Baboyian also shared Océs progress in advancing technology through innovation. “Innovation delivers important returns for businesses, and it can be a key driver of growth and profitability. We are serious about using innovation to take a leadership role in transaction, TransPromo, digital book printing and mid-tier Graphic Arts markets,” he noted.
Through a wide range of product demonstrations, Océ displayed its innovative approaches across applications, environments and systems, most notably with advances in color toner and inkjet technology. The Center also houses a comprehensive suite of hardware, software and services to help customers capitalize on TransPromo opportunities. In the wide-format space, Océ leads the AEC market with transformative products like the Océ Arizona 350 GT and Océ ColorWave systems. These innovations help customers print more applications on more types of substrates with exceptional quality and unprecedented versatility.

Many of the technologies presented at the unveiling of the Océ Customer Experience Center will also be showcased in Océ Booth 2400 at the upcoming GRAPH EXPO conference.
