Inventive Designers launches Business Document Flow in its latest version of Scriptura

The Belgian company Inventive Designers, which specialises in the development of software enabling businesses to communicate with their customer base in a duly personalised manner, is set to launch a new version of its document solution Scriptura. Some of the new key features include the business document flow and the new and visionary license model.

Scriptura is the ultimate WYSIWYG solution from Inventive Designers that enables any kind of documents or business output to be generated from any kind of data, and subsequently to be transmitted to an output channel. To make sure customers have the very latest communication output formats and technologies available to them at all times, Inventive Designers puts out new versions of its software on a regular basis.

In the latest Scriptura version, users who are unfamiliar with the finer intricacies of IT can now graphically design (i.e. automate) the entire life path of any given document with great ease. Joke Dehond, Business Development Manager for Inventive Designers, proffers: “The Business Document Flow allows users to design the entire life cycle of a document in a straightforward graphic manner, from the gathering of information across personalisation and delivery onto a printer, by e-mail, archive or to Google Documents for example, resulting in huge time savings in the process.”

What makes Scriptura V6 visionary and innovative to boot is its license model. Joke Dehond explains: “The new, transparent license model is independent from the underlying hardware and enables businesses to migrate to the hardware of their choice without having to worry about the pertaining licence costs for Scriptura. Something which is indispensable given the rate at which multicore machines are being introduced onto the market and in light of the ongoing virtualisation trend.  As of V6, licenses can also be used with greater flexibility within any given organisation.”
