ITTS Chooses GMC Software Technology to Refine Mailing and Data Management Capabilities

Wednesday 13. August 2008 - GMC Software Technology, the standard in personalized communication, today announced that Information Technology Total Service Corp. (ITTS) has chosen GMC ’s PrintNet as its design and variable data software platform to supplement its mailing and data management capabilities.

Based in Wuko Industrial Park, Taiwan, ITTS is one the first companies to engage in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) in the greater China. As an IT provider, ITTS focuses on developing solutions for various BPO-related services, helping businesses serve their internal users with eBusiness solutions and ERP applications and assisting them with customer relationship management, mailing and data management services. ITTS also customizes business process outsourcing service modules for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and market differentiation.

ITTS will use PrintNet Design to create and produce high impact, personalized direct marketing, customer correspondence and transactional documents. The company will also implement an Automated Document Factory (ADF) production process with GMC PrintNet to improve efficiency, increasing production security and support AFP legacy applications. ITTS’ clients include some of the leading enterprises in the financial services and telecommunications industries in China.
