WorkflowOne Jumps to 13 in ASIs Rankings of Top 40 Distributors
Tuesday 08. July 2008 - Company Cites 50 Percent Growth in Promotional Products Sales in 2007
WorkflowOne, one of the nations leading provider of managed print and promotional solutions, announced that the Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI) and Counselor Magazine has ranked the company as the countrys 13th largest supplier of promotional products, a dramatic jump from the 26th position held in 2007. This recognition is based on WorkflowOnes promotional products revenue of $90 million in 2007, a 50 percent increase over 2006 sales of $60 million. The company cites revenue growth based on its consultative sales approach, while delivering integrated promotional product marketing and brand campaigns to its growing client base.
“We are proud that last years performance in the promotional products area has been recognized by ASI,” said Scott Berry, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. “Weve seen significant demand for promotional products from many of our larger corporate accounts and nonprofit clients, who use these tools to build further awareness for their cause and to supplement their traditional fundraising efforts.”
According to ASIs annual research, industry revenues reached $19.6 billion in 2007, up 5.4 percent from 2006 and a new record. In addition, spending on advertising specialties or promotional productsitems and incentives branded with a company logo or marketing messagewas 83 percent greater than radio advertising, 73 percent greater than Internet display ads and nearly five times larger than outdoor advertising for the same period. Industry increases also outpaced the 2.2 percent growth rate for the United States GDP.
