Gama Corporation Files Antitrust Countersuit

Wednesday 02. July 2008 - On June 30, 2008, in response to a lawsuit filed by Graco Inc., Gama Corporation and Denis Commette filed an antitrust counterclaim against Graco Inc., and Graco Minnesota, Inc. In their lawsuit, Gama and Mr. Commette allege that Graco has achieved a monopoly in the in-plant polyurethane processing equipment (IPPE) industry; has wrongfully abused that monopoly power in an effort to harm Gama; has wrongfully used its monopoly power to threaten Gama and its customers; and has wrongfully conspired and otherwise attempted to prevent Gama from fairly obtaining business.
