Citrix to Open Boston Headquarters in Bedford
Thursday 26. June 2008 - Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Celebrates the Expanded Presence in New England for Billion-Dollar High-Tech Company
Billion dollar high-tech leader Citrix Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:CTXS), headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., will celebrate its substantial expansion into the Boston Area today when president and CEO Mark Templeton joins Massachusetts Undersecretary for Business Development, Gregory Bialecki, and Massachusetts State Representative Charles A. Murphy (D-Bedford) for an official ribbon cutting ceremony at the companys new Bedford, MA office. The office will serve as the companys Boston headquarters and hub for its Virtualization and Management Division, which includes the Citrix XenServer virtualization product line. The office is headed by group vice president and general manager of the Xen Products Group, Lou Shipley.
