Orchids Paper Products Company Announces Appointment of Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Monday 23. June 2008 - Orchids Paper Products Company (AMEX:TIS) reported today that it has appointed Mr. Dan Daniels as its Vice President of Sales and Marketing effective June 30, 2008.

Mr. Daniels most recently served as Branch Manager of the Dallas, Texas office of Acosta Sales and Marketing Company, a full-service sales and marketing agency. “We are excited to welcome Dan to our senior management team. He will be a great complement to our existing sales team and he brings extensive industry experience and a successful track record in sales and marketing and sales administration, which will be invaluable as we continue to grow our business,” said Bob Snyder, President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to his tenure at Acosta, Mr. Daniels served in various sales management capacities with Scott Paper Company.
