In-Text Solutions Leader Kontera Adds Yaron Garmazi as Chief Financial Officer

Thursday 29. May 2008 - Seasoned executive with extensive experience in the capital markets will aid Kontera as the company experiences significant sales growth

Kontera, the leading developer of In-Text Advertising Solutions for web publishers and advertisers, announced today that Mr. Yaron Garmazi has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer.

Yaron joins Kontera after spending the last 15 years in senior financial positions at leading technology companies where he led public offerings and a few significant merger and acquisition deals worth more than $2 billion.
