RENA-construction kit conjures complete Process Chains

Monday 26. May 2008 - In case of personalizing print media, RENA focuses on high quality, speed and precision. Many demands of the service providers and specialists cannot be realized with common equipment.

With its complementary components and sophisticated electronics, the RENA construction kit offers a perfect condition for successful projects of multifunctional machines.

After the Pre-printed material is dispensed, the RENA Rocket imprints the high-resolution graphic. To position the plastic response card exactly, paste is put precisely on the material.
The suitable data are printed on the plastic card with RENA Orbit. For this process, an UV Ink is used. The Ink is dried by an UV-lamp. All customer requirements are realized by one unit.

The production steps can also be conducted separately. But if needed, the RENA Engineers are combining the separate processes into a single efficient process chain.
RENA point out what printing technology means today: The containment of the own core competence printing and the professional bonding of required associated technologies, such as gluing.

The process based on the RENA Read & Print & Verify solution, where variable data are printed, read out and again printed on another material. Referring to this, RENA provides a Read & Print- option and, if needed by the customer, also a data verification.

RENA offers a continuous media transport on synchronised components – visible and productive – as well as a complementary information processing of customer data – invisible and secure. The modular assembly of the individual components offers a significant upgrading of the whole system and increases the security of investment.
