European research agency says Inventive Designers offers strategically innovative document communication

The Belgian Inventive Designers, specialised in developing software which allows companies to engage in personalised communication with their customers, was examined by the European market research agency Strategy Partners. The research fits within a comparative study of the document solutions market, which demonstrates that companies are looking for new, strategic and intuitive techniques in order to communicate with their customers. Scriptura, the software developed by Inventive Designers, came out very strong in this study.

Strategy Partners is a European organisation for market research and strategic consulting. The agency specifically focuses on document-related segments of the IT market, and recently conducted a study of “Innovation in Document Communication”. This report, which specifically examines the Benelux market, looks at the possibilities for innovation in document communication. It is intended for IT, Marketing, Facility and Output Managers, outsourcing of service providers and system integration specialists.

In this study Strategy Partners compares different suppliers of document solutions in terms of vision and approach to the document as a strategic means of communication. The study´s most important finding is that, in their customer communication, companies are looking for innovative document solutions which can be used intuitively.



Oscar Dubbeldam, author of “Innovation in Document Communication”, explains: “Society is changing, and the needs of both business customers and consumers are changing as well. The paper communication of the past is no longer enough to satisfy today´s customer.”
