Kimoto to exhibit Kimosetter 525 CtP at DRUPA
Monday 12. May 2008 - Today Kimoto Co., Ltd., announced that it will exhibit the Kimosetter 525 CtP at DRUPA 2008. The Kimosetter 525 represents product design from more than 50 years experience producing and supplying products to the printing industry including the very successful Kimosetter 340, 340i and 410 models.
Representing the third generation of Kimoto CtP, the Kimosetter 525 provides more capabilities while still maintaining an environmentally friendly, no chemical and no waste approach. Backed up by Kimotos ISO14000 certification, Kimoto is ensuring that your platemaking is as green as it can be.
The Kimosetter 525 is built from the ground up to be a plate making machine. The design, engineering, manufacture and components represent world best practice and the result is an incredibly well built and reliable plate setter with the capabilities and price for the 2-up market.
The Kimosetter 525 will provide the choice between polyester plates loaded in bulk or metal plates loaded one at a time. Long runs or high quality halftone work are not an issue for Kimosetter users. Four-colour work in conventional halftone at up to 150lpi is now a simple operation for Kimosetter users.
The Kimosetter 525 comes with a dedicated RIP that has been designed specifically for UV inkjet conventional halftoning. The RIP allows for two output levels for high quality jobbing work or for very high quality halftone work.
You can view the Kimosetter 525 at the Kimoto stand at DRUPA in Hall 04 stand A41.
