Fujifilm all set for UK Xerox launch
Monday 12. May 2008 - Fujifilm UK today announces that the European alliance with Xerox Corporation is set to reach UK shores in earnest from May 2008.
As part of a wider European agreement, Fujifilm UK is to sell Xerox DocuColor and iGen3 digital presses to its traditional commercial print customers in the UK, alongside its XMF cross-media workflow, wide-format inkjet and CTP solutions.
In preparation for this, Fujifilm has installed a Xerox iGen3 digital press in its Bedford Demonstration Suite and completed a company-wide Xerox training programme. The company can now demonstrate to customers how digital print solutions can be integrated with offset litho print production using Fujifilm XMF workflow and, in particular, how Fujifilm workflow and colour management technologies can add value to digital print production.

Fujifilm will be selling a range of Xerox digital presses to provide customers with digital print solutions ranging from light to full production units, including the DocuColor 242/252/260, the DocuColor 5000/7000/8000AP and the iGen3 90 and iGen3 110.
