Mark Strauss Joins WorkflowOne as Vice President of Business Development for SAP
Thursday 08. May 2008 - WorkflowOne, North Americas most comprehensive managed service provider for print and digital media, today announced that Mark Strauss has joined the company as vice president of business development for SAP (NYSE: SAP). Strauss will report to Scott Berry, senior vice president of sales for WorkflowOne.
“The SAP joint marketing agreement is a tremendous opportunity for WorkflowOne to acquire new business and gain mindshare in large and mid-sized accounts,” said Scott Berry, senior vice president of sales for WorkflowOne. “By working collaboratively, we will be able to deliver competitive advantage for SAP clients across the country through technology-enabled solutions that help them procure, manage and deliver print and promotional product programs.”
Strauss was most recently vice president of sales for Bottomline Ink, where he managed the companys overall sales strategy while maintaining his own account base. Prior, he spent 14 years at RR Donnelley (NYSE: RRD) and its legacy companies in both strategic and national account sales. Previously, he has been director of Digital Print Communications Services at Miami Systems Corporation.
He began his career in sales in 1984 with Moore Business Forms, where he sold and implemented forms management programs at four major hospitals and was recognized in the top 5% for sales for the United States. Strauss has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Mansfield University of Mansfield, Pennsylvania.
“Im excited about the chance to work closely with WorkflowOnes enterprise team and field sales to accelerate the momentum that has been building since the joint marketing agreement was launched in January,” Strauss said. “I also look forward to mining the multi-million dollar potential of this partnership.” Strauss and others were active participants in the SAP Supplier Relationship Management conference in Orlando this week.
