Madico Displays Versatile Glazing Enhancement Films at FESPA Digital

Offering the largest range of UV, and eco-solvent inkjet and thermal transfer printable window films available on the market, leading pressure sensitive films provider, Madico Graphic Films (Stand Number H60) is exhibiting key products from its range at FESPA Digital 2008. Madicos product line-up in Geneva illustrates the array of opportunities for architectural design, POS and other wide-format glazing enhancement applications.
Madicos line-up of glazing enhancement films will be headed up by the new Contra Vision Digital XR; an environmentally friendly, digitally printable one-way vision film which is making its premier at FESPA Digital 2008. Contra Vision Digital XR provides increased performance and environmental benefits compared to traditional perforated PVC films and has been designed to simplify and improve the production of one-way vision window graphics for promotional, display, privacy and corporate identity applications. In recognition of its exceptional innovative and environmentally-friendly qualities, Contra Vision Digital XR is included in both the FESPA Digital Blue and Green Trails, and has also been awarded an Outstanding classification by FESPAs independently appointed FESPA Trails committee.
Other key glazing enhancement films showcased at FESPA Digital include eco-solvent and UV inkjet printable media such as Madicos ClearLite ultra-clear polyester films; Lumisty view control films; and Texturelite privacy window films.
ClearLite Eco-Solvent
Madicos extensive portfolio of solutions comprises solvent inkjet printable options that incorporate the popular ClearLite Eco-Solvent range of optically clear, clean-room manufactured polyester films. By transforming flat glass into vibrant advertising, design and corporate identity opportunities, ClearLite expands the number of applications achievable for printers, thereby increasing revenue streams. Its unique top coatings enable printing with eco-solvent based inks and have been tested and approved by many leading printer manufacturers. As with all Madico products, ClearLite Eco-Solvent has been clean-room coated using unique window film coating techniques to ensure perfect contaminant-free optical clarity.
ClearLite UV
Madicos UV variant of inkjet printable, glazing enhancement films is represented by its unique ClearLite UV range, introduced to create new opportunities for decoration, manifestation and privacy graphics on flat glass surfaces. These films possess important UV blocking properties and are ideal for both promotional and architectural applications when used in conjunction with the companys range of adhesives and scratch resistant hardcoats.
Lumisty
Madico will also exhibit its innovative Lumisty, view control window film, which offers the unique ability to control what can be seen and not seen. Lumisty creates invisible viewing angles that can be used to block unsightly views, create privacy effects or draw attention to retail displays. It changes from transparent to translucent (or vice-versa) depending on the viewing angle, making it ideal for creative, architectural, security and promotional applications.
TextureLite
Madicos eco-solvent printable, textured window film, TextureLite, comprises a range of inkjet printable films that enable designers and architects to provide privacy with decorative printed images on glass partitioning, windows and balustrades. The tough, scratch-resistant range offers built in UV protection, thereby reducing damaging UV transmission, which causes fading and decolourisation to fabrics and furnishings. Furthermore, the TextureLite range is suitable for UV and eco-solvent digital printing and comprises a wide choice of textures.
