MediaSpan Media Software Announces Record Number of AdManagerPro Installations in 2007

February 2008 - MediaSpan Media Software (www.mediaspansoftware.com), the leading provider of proven mission-critical content management and workflow solutions for the Web publishing, magazine, and newspaper markets, announced today that it has installed advertising software at a record number of sites in 2007.
Of the over 275 total installations accomplished by the MediaSpan Installation & Training team in 2007, 148 were for advertising solutions and 75 were editorial products, with the remainder of publishers going live with ProductionManagerPro or CirculationPro.
While MediaSpans IQue editorial solution accounted for almost one-third of the years installation figures, the majority of the software installations in 2007 were for advertising products. Over half of the installations for the entire year were for publications adding AdManagerPro to their arsenal of software solutions. In the last quarter of 2007, 38 publications – over half of the quarters software installations – involved sites going live with AdManagerPro, MediaSpans versatile and powerful advertising content management solution.
Included in the list of last quarters AdManagerPro customers is the Louisiana State Newspapers, a publishing company that prints a number of the states dailies and weeklies, along with textbook and research publishing.
In addition to advertising solutions, MediaSpan installed many IQue, CirculationPro and ProductionManagerPro solutions in the final quarter of the year. MediaSpans flexible and powerful CirculationPro software was installed at the Lawrence (KS) Journal-World, a daily newspaper published by The World Company.
