Rock-Tenn Company Announces Dividend

Monday 28. January 2008 - Rock-Tenn Company (NYSE:RKT) today reported that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.10 per share on its Class A Common Stock to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 5, 2008. The dividend will be paid on February 18, 2008.
