AMPLIFIER.PR APPOINTS SENIOR PR CONSULTANT AS PART OF AMBITIOUS GROWTH STRATEGY
Friday 25. January 2008 - amplifier.pr has appointed senior PR consultant John Davies as part of its five-year strategy to become a top 25 technology PR agency in the UK.
Davies joins the Surrey-based company from Nelson Bostock Communications, where he was senior account manager, corporate practice, and worked on the Canon Europe and Canon UK accounts. John joins amplifier.pr as an account director and member of the senior management team.

Davies has a number of years experience working in the media as both a journalist, at BBC Thames Valley (now BBC Oxford) and Haymarket Business Publishing, and as a public relations consultant. In addition to Canon, he has represented a variety of leading technology and B2B brands including Xerox UK, Xerox Europe, Siemens, French mobile phone manufacturer SAGEM and mobile games specialist IN-FUSIO.
