StreamServe Announces Private Beta Program for Correspondence Management and Transactional Output

Tuesday 15. January 2008 - Latest Offering will Enable Business Users to Customize and Control the Design and Deployment of Business Correspondence for Greater 1to1 Marketing

StreamServe(R) Inc., a global leader in dynamic document composition, management and delivery solutions, today announced the launch of a limited user Beta Program for its new, web- based document creation and administration application for end users — Correspondence Manager. Designed to enable organizations to shift the document creation and management control from information technology (IT) to line of business users, Correspondence Manager enables organizations to blend design, data and content requirements. A solution that extends content dynamically, Correspondence Manager addresses the particular needs of communication intensive business units such as marketing, legal and call centers enabling the delivery of customized messages across a multitude of channels in both high-volume and ad-hoc scenarios.

With Correspondence Manager, organizations can deliver transpromotional documents, including high-volume bills and statements, notices, and interactive online correspondence, which strengthens brand identity, and personalizes the customer experience. Furthermore, by leveraging StreamServe’s patented Persuasion technology, Correspondence Manager allows organizations to streamline and consolidate document assembly and output while significantly reducing business process cycles and costs.

Global organizations participating in the private Beta Program represent multiple industries such as insurance, banking, manufacturing and utilities and include Agis, Caxia Galicia, Cendris, DSW, and MN Services.

“As one of the most respected healthcare insurers with 1.2 million customers, Agis continually strives to provide targeted customer communications and achieve superior customer satisfaction,” said Bertjan Teunissen, Processanalist of Information Systems at Agis Insurance, recent recipient of the Innovation Solution Award and chairman of the Benelux StreamServe Usergroup. “Correspondence Manager enables us to streamline the production and distribution of our communications and has had a profoundly positive effect on our corporate-wide customer fulfillment, retention and revenue enhancing initiatives.”

Comprised of two distinct components — Correspondence Manager and StoryTeller, a Windows-based application for designers — Correspondence Management enables customers to produce a blend of documents on demand, with business rules governing what each individual customer document will include. With personalized, dynamic communications, enterprises can ensure that their document contributions — from customer letters and statements to notices and claims forms — are accurate and current. Because content revisions take effect immediately, organizations can improve customer communications while improving business processes which result in speeding time-to-market and reducing the risk of outdated or incorrect content.

“For years, document output management has been viewed by the enterprise as a back-office operation,” said Chris Stone, president & CEO of StreamServe, Inc. “Yet, in today’s highly competitive environment, organizations face an ever-increasing demand for greater efficiency, reduced maintenance costs, and operational compliance. By bringing document control to the business users responsible for content, companies can create more personalized, relevant and ultimately effective communications that better reflect the dynamic nature of an enterprise.”
