Wednesday 09. January 2008 - Whether visitors are looking for a compact A2+ printer or to create truly big pictures, Epson, the choice of professionals for photographic and fine art printing, has the product for them.
On display on stand H28 in the Gallery (Hall 12) will be the Epson Stylus Pro 3800, a genuine desktop A2+ printer; the smallest in its class, making it the ideal choice for those with limited studio space. Designed for ease of use it offers auto-switch between photo and matte black inks, high capacity individual ink cartridges for overnight print runs and a range of print sizes from A6 to A2+.
At the other end of Epson’s large format range, the recently launched Epson Stylus Pro 11880 enables printing up to 64″ wide. It features Epson UltraChrome K3 ink with Vivid Magenta technology, the latest development in pigment chemistry, which ensures a wide colour gamut and unrivalled image quality. The permanent Epson Micro Piezo printhead offers unrivalled consistency in each print. Every print will be the same as the first, even if the artwork is printed months apart, making it ideal for studios producing limited edition print runs. The Stylus Pro 11880 is compatible with a wide range of Epson media up to 1.5mm in thickness, including glossy paper, matte paper, matte board, fine art paper, archival matte and plain paper.
