“This forum was created to offer buyers a resource they can’t get anywhere else on the Internet,” said Margie Dana, founder of PBI as well as Boston Print Buyers (BPB). “It’s an easy way for customers to post questions or describe current problems they’re experiencing, and get help quickly. There’s so much knowledge out there – from other buyers, print manufacturers, software developers, paper manufacturers, and other graphic arts specialists – that it’s high time print buyers had a forum that catered to their needs. Email addresses are not made public, so people can submit posts without reservations.”

Dana adds, “We also created a similar forum for members of Boston Print Buyers on the members-only side of the site. This means they can speak freely with one another when appropriate. They get the best of both worlds.”
