New Era For WRH Marketing UK Ltd
Monday 07. January 2008 - WRH Marketing UK Ltd has embarked on a new phase of development following a move in December to larger, modern headquarters. The new premises, near Stansted Airport, reflect the companys high-technology product range and its wide ranging partnerships with industry-leading manufacturers.
“Our business interests have expanded considerably during the last few years and in addition to our corporate relationship with FERAG we are becoming the UK distributor for a larger number of key international manufacturers and suppliers for the newspaper and commercial print sectors,” says managing director Marcus Evans. “We had outgrown the previous facility in both in size and culture and the new headquarters is in response to these changes. However, it will also provide the catalyst for further development in the future.”
One area of new growth is expected to come from the commercial print sector. Last year WRH Marketing UK appointed Nigel Watson as UK sales manager for commercial technology with responsibility for the JobFolio series, as part of its strategy to increase sales and support to this area. Another important addition to the team occurred during 2007 with the appointment of Alison Morris as director for trade sales.
WRH Marketing UKs spares, workshop and service facilities are currently operating from the existing Templefields premises in Harlow, but these will be relocated to a new industrial unit nearby early in 2008. This department provides comprehensive after-sales support for all products sold by WRH Marketing UK and this includes the supply of consumables such as strapping, wire, under-wrapping and thermal papers.
“There is a great deal of activity taking place in a significant number of areas, including new markets and partners plus new technologies and products,” says Mr Evans. “Our new headquarters will provide us with the infrastructure to continue to expand the business during 2008, which looks like being an incredibly exciting year for our organisation.”
