In October to December there are six more, addressing segments such as small to medium enterprises (SMEs), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and beverage, as well as continuous inkjet (CIJ) and thermal transfer (TTO) coding.

The Italian packaging industry resumes its trade fair activities in Asia

The Italian packaging machinery manufacturers will be promoting Italian innovation at ProPak Asia and ProPak China. Italian companies are preparing take part in ProPak Asia and ProPak China, two of the most important international trade fairs in the sector, with a country pavilion organised by the Italian Automatic Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Association UCIMA.

VPK Group NV and Encase Ltd reach acquisition agreement

VPK Group came to an agreement with COPI Holding to buy Encase Ltd, manufacturer and designer of corrugated cardboard packaging. Encase Ltd operates two integrated corrugated packaging plants in England and one sheet plant in Scotland. It is VPKs intention to merge Encase with its UK corrugated operations, formerly known as Rigid.
