Dr. Frank Schaum (54) has headed the Label division (Gallus) of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg) in Sankt Gallen (Switzerland) since the beginning of March 2020. He succeeds Christof Naier, who left the company at his own request.

The Koenig & Bauer AG supervisory board has appointed two new board members, Michael Ulverich and Dr Stephen M. Kimmich. Mr Ulverich will take over as Chief Operating Officer from 15 April 2020. His future responsibilities include materials management, purchasing, logistics and the production companies Industrial at the Würzburg and Radebeul sites as well as the subsidiary in Frankenthal. Mr. Ulverich was most recently Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Krauss-Maffei-Wegmann.
