DocuSys Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Prompte
DocuSys, Inc., a leading anesthesia information management system (AIMS) and medication management system provider, has finalized a Letter of Intent to acquire Prompte, LLC, a Chicago- based software provider of solutions designed to standardize and streamline the earliest stages of surgical planning through the capture of a patient’s health history. The transaction is expected to close within 30 days.
