ABnote Signs Agreement to Acquire Interprint
American Banknote S.A. (Bovespa: ABNB3) (“ABnote” or the “Company”), the leading provider of solutions involving plastic cards, identification systems and print management services in the markets in which it operates, informs that last night it entered into an agreement with the Bonnier Group, from Sweden, for the acquisition of its affiliates in Brazil, Interprint Ltda. and its subsidiaries Tecnoformas Industria Grafica Ltda. and 50% of Incard do Brasil Ltda. The operations of Intelcav Cartoes Ltda. are not included in the transaction.
