Lexmark reports fourth quarter, full year results

ABnote Signs Agreement to Acquire Interprint

American Banknote S.A. (Bovespa: ABNB3) (“ABnote” or the “Company”), the leading provider of solutions involving plastic cards, identification systems and print management services in the markets in which it operates, informs that last night it entered into an agreement with the Bonnier Group, from Sweden, for the acquisition of its affiliates in Brazil, Interprint Ltda. and its subsidiaries Tecnoformas Industria Grafica Ltda. and 50% of Incard do Brasil Ltda. The operations of Intelcav Cartoes Ltda. are not included in the transaction.

Baldwin Reports Increased Sales and Backlog for Q2 FY08

Baldwin Technology Company, Inc. (AMEX: BLD), a leading global manufacturer of process automation technology for the printing industry, reported net sales for the second fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2007 of $57.9 million, compared to $48.2 million for the second quarter last year, an increase of 20%. Sales from acquired companies created most of the increase, but legacy Baldwin operations also registered organic growth. Currency translation favorably impacted sales by $3.2 million for the quarter.
