Emmeci unveils fully automated luxury packaging line at DRUPA 2024

Friday 24. May 2024 - Emmeci, a Coesia company pioneer in innovative solutions for the production of high-quality rigid setup boxes, announces the debut of its new mold-less machine, the OD500 R at DRUPA 2024. The new line will be showcased at Messe Düsseldorf, Hall 14, Booth A01.

The newly introduced technology is designed to enhance the customizability and sustainability of luxury boxes, supporting on-demand production.

The OD500 R will be launched integrated in a state-of-the-art fully automated process with MC2020 DIGITAL and two MC79S DIGITAL robots. The setup demonstrates complete automation from crafting the box bottom to closing it with the products inside.
These technologies are part of Emmeci’s strategy to reduce the ecological footprint of packaging production by optimizing resource usage and minimizing waste.
