Labelisten expands range and installs HP Digital Pouch Factory

Marktredwitz-based label printer Labelisten GmbH has expanded its range of services and invested in an HP Indigo 25K Digital Pouch Factory at the company’s headquarters in Pfaffenreuth. This means that the company is now able to produce digitally printed pouches and reels in an environmentally friendly manner within a few days.
Since its foundation in 2003, the Marktredwitz-based company has established itself as a reliable partner for private labelling manufacturers. In addition to companies from the food supplement industry, regional manufacturing companies from the food and cosmetics sectors as well as other industries are also among the customers.
First 25K HP Digital Pouch Factory in Germany
In 2021, the company expanded its offering and invested in an HP Indigo 25K Digital Pouch Factory, a sustainable and efficient all-in-one solution for on-demand flexible packaging production – and the first of its kind in Germany. Compared to conventional methods, this solution reduces the production process from several weeks to a single shift – converters can thus also produce shorter runs economically. The system uses an HP Indigo 25K digital press, a Karlville PackReady thermal laminator and a Karlville Pouchmaker KS-DSUP-400.
