Kodak Alaris Purchases Service Business from Eastman Park Micrographics in Asia, Europe and Latin America

Monday 26. May 2014 - Sale to Kodak Alaris expands Document Imaging services and solutions provider's global footprint

Kodak Alaris announced today that, effective April 30, 2014, it has purchased the micrographics service business of Eastman Park Micrographics (EPM) in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Under a previous agreement, Kodak Alaris had provided service on behalf of EPM. After this purchase, Kodak Alaris will now directly serve micrographics channel partners and customers to provide technical services and support in these geographic regions.

In addition to providing service, Kodak Alaris will also continue to distribute EPM equipment and media in Asia, Europe and Latin America.
