HP Helps Heret Printing Expand Digital Packaging Capabilities with HP Indigo 30000
Wednesday 02. October 2013 - HP today announced that Heret Printing has selected the HP Indigo 30000 Digital Press to expand its range of premium and luxury packaging for high-end cosmetics brands.
The first HP Indigo 30000 customer in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, Heret Printing specialises in the design and production of folding cartons and packaging for high-end personal care products such as perfumes, cosmetics and skin care. It chose the HP Indigo 30000 based on its print quality, extended colour capabilities, finishing options and HP’s strong track record in working with the world’s leading consumer goods and personal care brands.
The HP Indigo 30000 Digital Press will help Heret Printing reduce turnaround time for production of graphic-rich and highly specialised packaging on a range of challenging substrates while providing outstanding image quality and colour fidelity.

The HP Indigo 30000 Digital Press will be installed at Heret Printing’s facility in Yavne, Israel by the end of the year.
An advanced end-to-end packaging solution
With the integration of the HP Indigo 30000, Heret Printing will bolster its end-to-end digital packaging capabilities through an expansion of printing and finishing options. Heret Printing will also gain the ability to produce smaller runs of packaging in less time, which will help its customers get products on store shelves faster.
The company is working with HP to test and validate multiple converting and finishing options on a variety of high-end substrates, including metalised and specialty stocks.
It will integrate the HP Indigo 30000 with its current upstream and converting workflow based on successful trials of HP Indigo’s print compatibility with coatings; varnishes; lamination for both pre-print for metalised boards and post-print for high-end finishes; foils; and other print-enhancement technologies.
Heret Printing will benefit from HP Indigo’s ElectroInk technology that delivers quality indistinguishable from offset. The seven ink stations on the press enable converters to meet even the most stringent corporate branding requirements.
