The New York Times Company Closes its Offer to Exchange its 6.625% Senior Notes Due 2016
Thursday 14. April 2011 - The New York Times Company (NYSE: NYT) today announced the successful closing of its offer to exchange all of its outstanding $225.0 million aggregate principal amount of 6.625% Senior Notes due 2016, which were not registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, for an equal principal amount of its 6.625% Senior Notes due 2016, which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
All of the Company’s unregistered 6.625% Senior Notes due 2016 have been exchanged.
