RR Donnelley Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Dividend

Friday 08. April 2011 - R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (Nasdaq:RRD) today announced a regular quarterly dividend of 26 cents per common share.

The dividend is payable June 1, 2011 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 22, 2011.
