New automation features for the Krause JetNet Workflow
The Krause JetNet workflow will be further enhanced with automation features and advanced integration into the leading press planning systems. This includes a more environmental way of proofing with colour calibrated soft proofing in different areas of the platemaking and printing process eliminating the need for hardcopy proof output.
New Krause Imposition Manager 6.1 and Krause Production Manager Workflow
KIM is now available in version 6.1 with an intuitive new user interface saving time and eliminating errors by guiding the operator through pre selected imposition libraries. KIM scores also with automation features that can be used for an entry level newspaper workflow in combination with a Harlequin based RIP and the Krause Production Manager Workflow. It is now available in a special version for digital printing and 2up impositioning.
Violet technology with LS Performance and BlueFin 650 Plate processor
Krause will exhibit the compact LS Performance platesetter in combination with the BlueFin processor and Polymer violet CTP plates in order to demonstrate “Violet is Green” as the ideal solution. Shown first time in 2011 at the Gulf Print exhibition meanwhile the LS Performance technology has been installed in many newspapers and proven that it reaches a perfect process stability at lowest costs generating a perfect environmental balance.
LS Jet Multiformat the new benchmark in Newspaper CTP devices
The latest Krause solution is the new generation LS Jet Multiformat, which will be availlable in 4 models with up to 350 plates/h, each with multiple plate formats in direct access and a loading capacity of up to 2.000 plates. With the introduction of the LS Jet Multiformat the German CTP technology leader from Bielefeld emphasizes again the ongoing commitment to highly automated newspaper production and sets a new benchmark for newspaper production.
In addtion to the high performance, superior plate capacity and multiple format capability the new machine will incorporate additional features to achieve ease of maintenance for the ideal of fully automated newspaper production with efficient resource utilization to increase the competitiveness of Krause CTP users.
