Dow Declares Quarterly Dividend of 15 Cents per Share

Monday 14. February 2011 - The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW) has declared a dividend of 15 cents per share, payable April 29, 2011, to shareholders of record on March 31, 2011.

This marks the 398th consecutive cash dividend issued by the Company. Dow has paid its shareholders cash dividends every quarter since 1912.
