DIVIDELLA NEOTOP 804 TOPLOADING CARTONER WITH TRIPLE MODE FEATURES EXCEPTIONAL FLEXIBILITY

Monday 29. November 2010 - At this years' Emballage show in Paris Dividella presented the NeoTOP-804 Top Load packaging line.

Dividella NeoTOP packs provide an optimal solution for many different customer requirements and in their various configurations are suitable for packaging parenteral forms of administration such as ampoules, syringes, pens and vials, as well as inhalers, sprays, pouches, tablet blisters and other applicators. The re-sealable top-loading/top-opening packs combine a highly visible product arrangement, simple removal and user-friendly presentation. Sub-divisions in the pack secure and protect the individual items. The technical concept of the NeoTOP 804 fully meets the requirements of many customers who wish to stack multiple products in the same pack.
Combi-packs and feed systems
The Dividella NeoTOP 804, which is being presented at the autumn fairs, has a capacity in Triple Mode of up to 240 boxes per minute and packages pre-filled syringes, vials and an insert inside a combi-pack. Tamper evidence is guaranteed by the box’s opening mechanism itself. One of the most difficult tasks involves transporting the items (syringes, vials, pens, etc.) in a protective, flexible way. In this area Dividella has a wide range of tried-and-tested feed technologies available.
Triple-mode configuration
To be able to package individual products flexibly and economically, the concept of the NeoTOP 804 has been enhanced by Triple Mode configuration. This unique enhancement enables highly flexible operation, as the NeoTOP 804 can be operated in either Single Mode or Triple Mode. The NeoTOP 804 has been specifically designed for such applications, for which a high degree of flexibility is required and where particularly high output has to be achieved.
