RR Donnelley Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Dividend

Thursday 28. October 2010 - R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (Nasdaq:RRD) today announced a regular quarterly dividend of 26 cents per common share.

The dividend is payable December 1, 2010 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 11, 2010.
