K4 User L.N. Schaffrath NeueMedien Brings Wandermagazin to the iPad
Friday 15. October 2010 - The SNAP customer and K4 user L.N. Schaffrath NeueMedien is bringing Wandermagazin to the iPad. This is the first German magazine app to be developed on the basis of the Digital Magazine Solution from Adobe. Wandermagazin is a free app available now for downloading in the iTunes App store.
The app provides coverage of German and European hiking regions enriched with videos, audio, picture galleries, Internet links, and many eye-catching graphics of the type that only the iPad can provide. “We are delighted that we were tasked to implement this exciting project and thereby develop the first German magazine app,” says Alexander Hornen, a customer consultant at L.N. Schaffrath NeueMedien. “A key component of our “schaffrath:publishing services” is the flexible and efficient publishing system vjoon K4. This media-neutral content management system enables cross-media production of magazines, Internet contents, and mobile applications. This is very important to us.”
